The room was absolutely perfect and luxurious with absolutely fabulous views of the sea.
The bed was very hard, that's sad thing.

They offered us fashionable and huge rooms with coffee, great shower, as for instance. It was nice to find an electric kettle and glassware. The venue was in a remote location really close to sea, the South Downs,...

Charming decor, beautiful rooms. Breakfast service a bit slow and options were limited. Food overall tasted great.

We were given a better room which was spacious and very clean.
The hotel did not have our booking on the system. The reception area was so unorganised with guest's check in forms scattered across the desk unattended - a huge breach of data protection. Also they did not know if payment had already been taken from our credit card in advance!

Fine bathroom with luxury fittings, Unique residents' lounge with complimentary offerings, Engaging outdoor space
Noise disturbances from guests in common areas can be quite disruptive!!! A key issue seems to be the awkward check-in process at a crowded bar setting, which can be overwhelming!!!

I could not get breakfast at 7.30, when I was told I could, and had to leave hungry. A lot of noise during the night.

Hotel was well-decorated, rooms were comfortable
Organisation seemed to be lacking - reception was deserted most of the time, breakfast started late both mornings I was there, there was no milk for 20 minutes one day and no toast at all the next!
